Blue Bio toilet fluid works through natural biological activity. Many toilet fluids work by using strong detergents, disinfectants and preservatives to control bad odours. This has two main problems:
1. They contain harmful substances that do not degrade easily/quickly in the environment (even when the product states it is biodegradable).
2. They actually hinder sewage farms because waste containing harsh toilet fluids kills the good bacteria, making it hard to breakdown sewage.
Blue Bio contains specially selected ingredients, so it breaks down quickly and works with natural bacteria to degrade waste. Not only does it work with nature but Blue Bio is effective too. No need to compromise on performance, Blue Bio actually outperforms many harsh chemical toilet fluids with a smaller dose and is more cost effective!
Important information about using Blue Bio toilet fluid:
When using Blue Bio for the first time, empty both the waste and flush tank of all previous chemicals and rinse thoroughly, otherwise the enzyme producing organisms in Blue Bio are likely to be adversely affected. Do not use bleach or any other harsh disinfectant/detergent based cleaning fluid in the toilet bowl as this will also effect Blue Bio's performance (kills the good organisms). If you are using Blue Bio for the first time, we recommend a double dose (booster). After the first dose, use the standard recommended amount.
We recommend a 20ml dose for the toilet cassette/waste tank. A 10ml dose for the flush tank. Larger than average waste/flush tanks may require more. A single dose (in both the waste and flush tank) should be effective for 5 days + (temperature may effect this). After this time period another dose may be necessary.
